Taste : the cereal fish fillets were very salty, maybe the Cook used too much salt in the batter. The broccoli with mushroom tasted quite bland. Should use more seasoning or have abit more sauce. And the broccoli comes in big chunks, so it is not ... More easy to eat/bite, can consider cutting them into bite size (erm...it comes with the canned mushrooms, not the dried black mushrooms, so pls take note) The teriyaki chicken was cooked to perfection! Tasty, juicy and tender! And the mini choco eclairs was a popular item! Gone within a minute! They were very soft, and best is - it is not too sweet - perfect!
Portion : the portion for all food was just right, however, the samosa and mini eclairs are not enough for 18pax. Seems that the samosa only has 20pcs, means 1pc/person only? The pic of eclairs was taken only after almost 30% was gone before i could grab my camera.
Presentation : all the dishes are very well presented, with the chef using multi-colour vege & garnishes to make the food look even more apetizing.
Price : absolutely value for money!
