The staff that setup and remove the 2 buffet lines were v efficient. Portion was good. Best dishes were the yam paste w ginko nut and braised pork w buns. The pineapple rice was kindof dry and chicken curry was a bit diluted. The fruit punch was v ... More sweet. On the whole, this catering was ok this round.
