Portion is relatively decent compared to other cateres we have trialed. They are generous with their meat, and the ingredients used in the soup are also substantial (you feel like it is home cooked types instead of MSG soup). with other caterers we ... More tried, their soup is pathetic with few pcs of meat slices/ melons/ gourds/ wolfberry buy with Hong Choo, you get decent portion!
