"Good value but not so good services."

Apart from the delivery man whom is on time and nice, the service is horrendous. I received an sms stating I would receive an email in 24hrs, but the email never came. After a few calls to the caterer hotline, I finally got through and was brushed ... More off stating order from foodline will not receive an email. If that's the case, shouldn't Stamford's communication be updated?

One of the dish (Siew Mai) is undercooked, the inside is cold and raw. I can't believe that we almost served raw foods to children, thankfully a parents spot it before anyone took a bite. We realized that most of the Siew mai are not cooked fully. I tried to call the caterer to feedback on this matter but no one pick up the call at all.

Despite leaving a voice message, no one called back to date. Maybe my order is too small to bother with.

Putting aside the unhappiness of services, the dishes portion are huge and value for money. Even though we underorder and remove 1 dish (the undercooked Siew Mai), the portion is still enough to go around.

The egg mayo sandwich and carrot cake are crowd favorite.
