Caterers came on time to set up the buffet as promised- buffet was ready by 5pm for the selected start time of 6pm so that there is time for the foot to warm up. Guests were pretty satisfied with the food! We ordered 25 pax buffet for about 30 ... More people and there were still some leftovers. However, we noted that the naibai didn’t keep very well. Towards end of the 3hr duration, it tasted slightly sour.
