Foodline's customer service was helpful in transferring queries to the caterer. However, was told that cash on delivery was acceptable but caterer said otherwise. The caterer also did not confirm the receipt of the payment nor reply the SMS sent ... More1.5hrs before the event asking about it, causing us to worry about the arrival of the food. The delivery fee was suspicious as well, as we were told buffet ($50) option was not possible due to Covid-19 and have to be catering ($30) although we were allowed to have the buffet spread chosen. But we had to pay $50 with 2 less dishes and no buffet setup just because the buffet menu was used (dishes are almost the same). Show less
