"Great service but food can be improved"

Set up was prompt and service was great. This is my 2nd time ordering but standard of food/taste differed so much from the 1st - This time, the curry was watery, noodles were sticky, veg were bland and lime juice was tasteless (Guests asked if it ... More was coloured tap water).
Dropped a feedback after the event and staff followed up promptly but no further rectification or action was provided.
