Have ordered from Liang Food for many years. Recently tried the CNY mini buffet but it wasn't good. However, this full set-up buffet matched-up to standards again. Most of the dishes were tasty. I liked the curry chicken, teriyaki chicken, and ... Morebroccoli. Fried rice was well-loved by all my guests. Cereal fish wasn't as good. I guess they are better at non-deep-fried food. The Chicken Winglets looked too brown, like they were fried in reused oil. Not very appetising. The Cheng Ting was refreshing. Satay was uniquely seasoned with herbs. What I like about Liang Food is the flexibility to mix and match your dishes, so you are not forced to choose from a certain fixed category. There are also NO syrup drinks, which I avoid. Previously, they didn't have drinks at all, which is fine for me. Now, it comes with packet drink, which is also good because it's healthier and you can keep the drink if there are leftovers.
