Tingkat Mama was my first choice after reading so many reviews and indeed it is a good choice. Their dishes are not heavily seasoned nor too oily. The soups are good too. It is an ideal choice for the elderly. One more plus point of Tingkat Mama is ... More their vaccum sealed tingkats and termal bags. Their wares are clean. Food is always warm when they arrived. Our area is Tampines and they usually reach between 5.30 - 6.30pm.
