Pros: Able to skip selected days during the trial period, customer service is polite and easily contactable via WhatsApp, timely delivery.

Cons: Unable to request for less oily or non-spicy options, hence may not be that suitable for households ... More with young children. Food and soups are quite oily, and tasted same same but slightly different. Dishes tasted like those cooked by economic rice stalls, but no homecooked taste. Ginseng chicken soup was bland and did not have any ginseng actually. One of the vegetables dishes was not washed properly and still had soil inside.
