Ordered CNY menu for 50 pax. The dishes are too plain and tasted so-so. Haha Buddha Delight which claimed to have premium ingredients is only cabbage with few black fungus and mushrooms.Ginger-soy Mouthering Chicken’s texture is tough and bland. ... More fortune Black Bean Dory fish has “Fishy” smell. My colleagues did not really enjoy the food and there are leftovers. We had to get external colleagues to clear the food

Glad that I ordered the live station- Emperor Hotpot as that is the dish that everyone loves and the soup is tasty

Have ordered before from this caterer and the previous experience is much better. I do not recommend this year’s CNY menu.
