For someone who doesn't like carbs, the Black Olive Fried Rice was a real standout. Both setup and takedown were swift, breezy and excellent. What we loved best was that it wasn't a run-of-the-mill buffet catering. They even provided wooden forks ... More and spoons- classy! Our guests were pleasantly impressed with the variety of dishes and the fresh ingredients used in the food. Prior to ordering, Grain's customer service were very happy to let us know which vegetarian dishes are vegan-friendly before we made your choices, so we had a buffet that catered to everyone from vegan to vegetarian to pescatarian to meat-eaters. My only point for improvement would be more leafy greens in the Tossed Farfalle Salad as it was very pasta-heavy. But overall it was a five-star experience.
