"Bad experience with waiting time of 1.5 hours"

This is the most terrible experience I had for CNY catering. The food supposed to arrive at 5.30 pm but we waited for more than 1.5 hours. My guests had all arrived and the food is not here. I called the caterer several times, and they said along ... More the way, but no matter how long we wait, the food is still not here. I felt so bad to leave our guests hungry, and especially this is Chinese New Year. The Bee Hon portion is little, sotong ball is smaller size than what we found in supermarket, the fish taste salty and the pork cutlet is so hard. Though the caterer had refunded me with the $40 delivery charge, it was a disappointing experience for us!
