Portion was just nice, ordered 65 pax for about 75 pax.
not much leftovers.
buffet setup was on time, however the outlook of the buffet table can be improved.
looks quite old school.
braised pork and curry chicken received alot of good ... More comments, however pineapple rice was bland and dry.
sea coconut received alot of good comments too! guests commented very refreshing.
overall, quite satisfied with the food.
