"Not the best caterer around"

Delivery timing for food is inconsistent. We never really know what time the food will arrive compared to other caterers who have a fixed timing. Customer service was lacking as the person did not respond when I enquired about the delivery timing of ... More the tingkat compared to other tingkats who will automatically inform us if the food will arrive later than expected. Food was relatively ok but will not re-order.
