We catered for Christmas Eve lunch party in the office. Delivery time was supposed to be 12pm but the food came at 1.30pm. We understood the tight schedule and the congestion on the road but 1.5hrs late is extremely unacceptable. With our help to ... More set up the tables, we started having our lunch at 1.45pm. Everything was cold though there were fire set up to heat the food. We could not wait any longer for the food to be heated, we ate the cold food. The food should be good if eaten warm.

It was an embarrassing experience having the guests to wait for almost 2 hours for the food. A few of the guests left with an empty stomach to attend other appointments as our party supposed to end at 2pm.

This will be my first and last order from this caterer.
