The admin Manager who called was so rude! As our office is located at 1.5 floor, I did ask the driver if I will ask our guys to lift the things up on a pallet using forklift but they say they can carry. End up, the manager called to say we have to ... More pay $40!

I told the manager that I will not order again from them and his reply was, "Aiya, never mind since its not like you have ordered from us for 10 over years" Wow!!! Customer service?!?!! Totally disappointed!
