"Cake taste, design and service was below expectation."

The design and color of the flowers are below expectation. Slightly different from the picture. The whole cake color was plain a dull unlike the picture. The ice cream is not sweet as expected. Time slot chosen was 7pm. 2 days later, vendor call and ... More say no more time slot for 7pm. End up have to take the given time slot at 4 to 5pm as theres no time to change vendor. Did not provide knife and did not ask how many candles I need. End up candles was not enough and have to use own knife.
