"Horrible."

Service was terrible. Our first guests have informed us that the bee hoon tasted weird. Indeed, the bee hoon has turned sour and we immediately called the service hotline and the number which the delivery man called me at. We required immediate SOS, ... More there were no response after multiple attempts. I dropped an email requesting for urgent assistance and call back. No response.

We had to put away the plate of beehoon to prevent any guests from consuming it.

After the event, we’ve reached out to caterer again but still no response after 4 days.

Terrifying. The saving grace was that we ordered 50% rice and 50% bee hoon.
