Ordered for 30 days but no delivery for 5 days & late delivery for some days. When call up to ask on the late delivery, kept saying will call me back but never do so. Decided to cut short the order to 20 days. Call up the caterer to confirm the last ... More day so that I can start the next order from another caterer, the lady said will inform the person in charge & replied me in WhatsApp but only got the confirmation after 3 calls. The worst experience I had with a Tingkat Caterer. Food is actually not bad but can't be said about the service.
