"Average food but good value per pax"

Poor communication between office and delivery team. Had called in to request for small bowls so that guests could use it for curry and told the office staff to indicate on invoice, which she said she did. But it wasn't. Big hassle and ... More miscommunication with delivery team on event day and guests were already arriving. Will probably not use this caterer again.
