I really want to take time to send a compliment to this catering company and yourself.

First of all, I want to mention dependability.
It was a last min decision from my company to host a meeting session at my Branch POSB ... More Serangoon central.
I need to cater “makan” for quite a number of staff so it was 2 days before the meeting and I try my luck and submitted my order online.
At 9.30am of even date I submitted my order I called in to foodline customer service and immediately with no delay I was referred to an agent. It was an enquiry from me to know if my order is accepted. Your staff was so efficient and responsible that she followed up with me just after 10 mins of waiting.

Secondly responsibility.
It’s my first attempt booking through your website your “supplier” / caterer really leaves a deep positive impression with me and my guest.
They are punctual food is neat and clean in proper good condition. They call back trying to reach my several time just to make sure they meet to my request and standard.
Their actions leave me a good impression to them and for you as well.

I really thank you for this journey making it easy to deal with. I never thought getting a catering service can be so an ease of my mind.
