"Worst catering ever."

Catering arrived late, suppose to set up and ready by 1pm. But, the setup was complete at 140pm and the person forget to bring the food covers and chairs. In the end, my guest have to sit on the floor to eat their lunch. Also, it was raining at ... More 2pm, the foods were contaminated with rain water as they did not bring the cover. The driver went back to take the chairs and food cover and came back at 240pm. Half of my guest went back home early as it was an u pleasant experience for all. My wife was so upset as we have spend a lot of effort for the decoration but in the end the foods catering spoil our celebration day for our baby boy shower. will like a seek an explanation why they can forget to bring the food covers as it was suppose to be in as to prevent food contamination and hygiene purpose.
