"Frantic experience, just need to call in advance in future"

Initially, a bit disappointed as the delivery was not to time expected. Called hotline, answered and revert will get back. Subsequently did not receive any call back. Kept calling back but to no avail, seemed as if trying to avoid my call. Having to ... More wait another 15mins frantically while imagining the catering had forgot my order, a backup delivery personnel came, and proceeded to setup the tables etc first, whilst explaining that the actual delivery person was stalled at another venue and is on his way with the food. Kudos to the delivery personnel, but not the person behind the telephone line.

Food was good, not great. Nothing to complain, but nothing of exceptional taste. Ordered 40pax and had a lot leftovers.

On side note, vegetarian bento is a disappointment. Can skip that totally; as feedback by the vegetarians.
