Cake looks pretty. But the Chocolate raspberry cheesecake was disappointing. Can’t taste the cheese (more like cream) and raspberry is a jelly with little taste. The worst is the base layer; really hard with no taste. Feels like uncooked. Swiss ... More roll is nice and moist. Taste is good. Caterer provided disposable utensils, which is a nice touch.
