Ordered many months now. Superb customer service communicating via WhatsApp

Repeated tingkat dinner order from Hewtop for a few months.
Food is repeated lately and vegetables tend to be overcooked.
But great and prompt customer service.

However, there was 1 day of late delivery at 7pm which we were not notified. Customer Service picked up my message the next day and provided alternate ... More number to contact after 6pm. That was good service recovery.

Portion just enough for 10pax. Food was not salty nor oily so it was easy on everyone's palate. Value for money. Will consider ordering again for other events.
