Great service by staff when calling in to change delivery service dates. Food wise, not too oily nor salty. However, quantity of food has reduced by quite a bit compared to our previous cycles.

This is the longest we have ever stayed with a caterer. Food is not too salty and suits our taste. However, quantity of food/serving size seems to be declining, and is barely enough for 2 persons. Service is good though.

Good service by Hong Choo. Also like their food although would appreciate it if Mondays have bigger quantity like other days. Noticed Monday and Friday food quantities are greatly reduced compared to the other days of the week.

Repeated order with Hong Choo as we like the taste of the food. It's not as oily as other caterers and taste wise, not too salty. However, quantity of food is not very consistent with some days having quite considerably lesser amounts, especially on ... More Mondays and Fridays.

Good service. Reasonable for portions. Food is generally quite tasty except that Mondays seems to be lower on portions compared to other days. Have renewed.

Not much variety in vegetables. In one week, can have twice long beans. Vegetables normally long bean and cabbage only. Serving was relatively small as it includes rice in its menu. No option to opt out of having rice included.

This is the third time we ordered from the caterer, having renewed it twice. Unfortunately, the standards seem to be declining, with the food swimming in starchy sauce most of the time, and being a tad too salty. Additionally, timing of food is ... More meant to be consumed by 6.30pm but it is only delivered to us at 6.30pm, leaving no time for consumption before the recommended timing.

Food portion is relatively generous, and not too salty. Some dishes can be very oily though. Delivery timings should be improved as the label states food should be consumed by 6.30pm but was only delivered at 6.45pm or just 10 minutes before 6.30pm, ... More not allowing for us to consume the food before the stated timing on label.

Service was good, although they got my orders wrong (gave soup when I ordered 4D). However, this issue was rectified quite quickly. Have repeated my order with them, so that says it all.
