In my attached photos, you could see 3 pax portion has 6-7 drumlets whereas in the wrong order (the photo with the lid containers still on), there is only 4 drumlets. When i received my food on that day, it was 6pm. I called their office to inform they delivered wrong portion to me. The staff said his manager has left the office and he will get manager to call me next day. However, on the next day no one called me back and when i received my food, it was just the normal 3pax portion with no compensation/extra food. As it was already my last day, i didn't bother to call to complain. Their lousy service recovery just left a bad impression for me. I'm not sure whether i want to order from them again in the future..
