2nd tingkat company we ordered from which includes weekends delivery and best of all public holidays delivery as well!

Food quality most of the time above average. Tasty, and doesn't lose to the previous one we ordered from, which was from a ... More restaurant.

On time food delivery, punctual. no worries to wait eagerly and hungrily for meals. Not required to contact them for any failed delivery. No last minute packed away food from downstairs coffee shop.

Smooth meal delivery, no worries, hiccups from them, no follow ups required, sit back, rest and relax and enjoy excellent meal experience with them!

Daily free desserts were a good catch. Mostly went for the desserts after the meals.

80% of 20 days enjoyed the meals. Other days were just abit lesser in portion. On some days, food ingredients might cost much lesser than paid for. but overall meal experience is acceptable, give and take.

Michelle from the customer service always greeted with cheers, polite and patient, thought she was the boss initially and definitely a great employee to keep.. Always willing to hear feedbacks from customers and even had a voice message reply from her boss, took my feedbacks seriously, very sincere in doing business.

Definitely ordered again! Didnt hesitate long to place a 2nd order with them

All good, would be better if they have more non spicy, non coconut milk, rice dishes for their signatures
