Overall, the food was acceptable but could have been better. The quantity was too much for us too!

The salmon for the yusheng - simply too saltish (so as to keep the freshness/fragrance?);
The chicken meat - soft, moist and filled with the sweetness and goodness of the herbs (too soft when kept overnight);
The fish meat, Asparagus with duck & Spinach with Abalone - delicious, among the best;
Yi Mian - slightly soggy (even more when kept overnight);
Icy Peach Gum w/ White Fungus - too thick and sticky (due to humid weather?) ,even after adding ice.

Overall, the food, quality & service is up to expectation. We hope that the menu can be made available to us weekly so that we can plan ahead for those dishes not suitable for our children.

Was glad that the variety of food had improved, as well as the quality being served. Would be good if less dishes were fried stuff.

I love the presentation of the food as they come mostly with garnishing. They are also tasty and not too oily. The caterer also took extra effort to check and confirm my renewal order for dinner, because my previous order was for lunch.

Food is nicely prepared and displayed in containers. The servings are so generous too! Happy with the great service provided. Good variety.

Food and service is generally acceptable. Tingkat arrived very early before our dinner time, so I had to refrigerate to keep it fresh. Portion is also generous!
