Has been ordering from them all along. But this time round miss delivery on a Friday. Manage to contact them via WhatsApp (as I was overseas) just after office hour. (Glad that they have made improvement to be contactable after office hour). Manage ... More to resolve the next day promptly. It was their mistake not reflected in their system. Order was extended by 1 day for the missed delivery.

As usual, enjoy the dinner from Kim Kitchenz. Delivery has been consistent and on time. But there are times the soup container was not placed properly and spilled out onto the plastic bag. Hopefully they can improve on this.

As always, we are happy with the tingkat meal. Requested for some changes to delivery schedule and am glad they are able to cater to request. Delivery has been on time and according to our requirement.

Has been ordering from them. Though had changed Tingkat caterer before but still prefer Kim Kitchenz food taste.

Has been ordering from Kim Kitchenz for quite some time. Food is tasty and we enjoy it though there were some minor hiccups when they change delivery staff. I would highly recommend this tingkat caterer if anyone consider ordering tingkat.

Delivery time becomes irregular after changing delivery man. Hope they can keep to a consistent delivery timing on a daily basis.

Allow us to choose no spicy and no fish bone for dishes. Food is tasty, good quality and arrive on time. Delivery guy is very friendly. He rings the door bell, ensure we come out to collect our food before he left.
