Excellent customer service. My mum was hospitalised then after discharge, shifted house during the Tingkat order period. the customer service kindly paused the Tingkat delivery, and later transferred the Tingkat to the new address. Thumbs up!

Ordered from homely delights for over a month. It’s my Mums favourite Tingkat after trying a few, though sometimes she finds the veges a little hard. Excellent customer service. My mum quite likes the food. Portions seem small, enough for her as she doesn’t eat too much. Dessert is a nice touch

Ordered 3 dishes for my mum for 7 days to try. She says food is ok. 1 case of Rice being very hard, seems not cooked fully. Like the idea of tiffin container. There will be a charge of $120 as deposit to be refunded within 14 days. Customer service ... More is very good

2nd time with this caterer for my mum. Food is ok.
4th dish is usually fried item which is not healthy. Will be good if they have package for 3 items only.

Portions are small, not enough for mum who has smaller appetite. Ordered 4 dishes but was given 3 dishes 1 soup. Continued to receive 3 dishes 1 soup even after I informed them about the error. Informed them again about wrong order and also that the ... More soup container broke and all soup came out, nothing to drink. They never replied but gave us the correct 3 dishes 1 soup after. Some dishes on the 30day plan are tasty. Soup usually 2 small chicken pieces

Ordered for mum. First day fish was big piece and yummy. Soups are mostly tasty but there were some bland ones. Dishes mostly nice but there were also some misses like meat that's hard and difficult to bite
