1. What happens after I place the order?
   • Physical Voucher - Self Collection
     Upon placing your order, we will contact you within 1 working day (usually within 2 hours) to discuss with you on the date and time to collect the Gift Vouchers.
   • Physical Voucher - Deliver to my address
     We will mail you the Gift Vouchers and accompanying envelopes on the same day for orders submitted before 1pm. For orders submitted after 1pm, they will be mailed out the following day. Depending on Singpost, it should reach you within 2 working days.
   • Physical Voucher - Same day delivery
     We will courier the Gift Vouchers and accompanying envelopes on the same day for orders submitted before 5pm. For orders submitted after 5pm, they will be couriered the following day. The Gift Vouchers should reach you on the day of the courier.
   • E-Vouchers
     After the payment has been made on FoodLine, we will SMS and email you a link to the voucher delivery system. The system will enable you to fill in your recipient's mobile number or email address depending on your preference. Next, using the system, you will be able to send the e-vouchers to your recipients via SMS, Email or both.
2. How does the Gift Voucher work?
   These gift vouchers are accepted at any of the 372 F&B outlets in Singapore. Your recipients can use the voucher as cash voucher at participating F&B outlets. The physical voucher or e-voucher must be presented for redemption via walk-in to any participating store. View redemption locations for the participating stores.
3. How does the FoodLine 110% Satisfaction Guarantee for Gift Vouchers work?
   Our Gift Vouchers continue to please our customers, and we would like to offer a 110% satisfaction guarantee to you. If your recipients do not like the FoodLine Gift Vouchers, return them to us, and we will refund you 110% of the purchase value.
   Terms:
   • Your recipient does not like the Gift Voucher
   • Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of date of purchase
   • Refund amount is capped at $2,000
   Steps to seek refunds:
   • Email to sales@foodline.sg with the subject "Unhappy with vouchers. Refund 110% of Gift Voucher value"
   • Provide us with the serial numbers on the Gift Vouchers
   • For physical Gift Vouchers, please mail back the unused Gift Vouchers to our office. No further actions are required for E-vouchers.
   • The refund to your bank account will take 5 – 7 working days.
4. Can my recipients combine 2 or more Gift Vouchers for their order?
   Yes! Gift Vouchers are stack-able and cash top up is allowed if the item your recipient wishes to redeem is of higher value.
   
   Example: Your recipient has a $10 Gift Voucher and a $20 Gift Voucher and wishes to redeem a $31.60 item in store. Top up will be $1.60 ($31.60 - $10.00 - $20.00 = $1.60).
5. What is the validity period of the Gift Vouchers?
   The Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months counting from the purchase date. No extension of Gift Vouchers is allowed once the voucher has expired.
6. Is there a minimum order?
   No. There is no minimum order required. You can order as few as 1 Gift Voucher.
7. What are the current promotions?
   From now till end of the month, for purchases over $200, you will receive a 5% discount. For purchases above $400, you will enjoy a greater discount of 5% + 5% off on the Gift Vouchers. Hurry.
   
   If you choose the “Deliver to my address” option, enjoy FREE registered mail via Singpost Smartpac when you spend above $80. (Tracking number will be provided upon request).
8. How do I make payment?
   Payment can be done online using the above form.
9. In an order, can I order different Gift Vouchers?
   Yes! Feel free to mix and match the Gift Vouchers!
10. Can I use my FoodLine (FL) Points to purchase the Gift Vouchers?
    Yes, you can! FL Points can be claimed up to 10% of the order amount, capped at $100.
11. Can I exchange for cash using the Gift Voucher?
    Like most other vouchers, the Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced if lost or damaged. Any unused value will not be refunded and will be forfeited.

2. Could I pay in advance for the vouchers to be used later?
   Yes, if you would prefer to pay in advance perhaps due to personal preferences or budgeting needs or any other reasons, we will be happy to do that.
3. Could the vouchers be sent out automatically on a particular date, e.g., for the purpose of celebrating my member’s birthday?
   Yes, the e-vouchers can be scheduled ahead to be sent on the date which you wish. However, for the physical vouchers, we will advise against it as there is a risk of delay from the postage.
4. Do you have other denominations?
   Yes, we can provide other denominations for order size greater than $10,000. A common requirement is to illustrate the number of years since the founding of the organisation. Simply email us at corporate@foodline.sg.
5. Could our logo/ brand / event be shown to our clients or members?
   Yes, we can show your logo/ brand/ event.
   • For physical vouchers, you can print your logo/ brand/ event on the envelopes to be given to your recipients. Requires minimum order size of $30,000, and 2 - 4 weeks of notice.
   • For e-vouchers, you can show your logo/ brand/ event on the welcome page before your recipients access their e-vouchers. No minimum order size required, and immediate.
6. Can we customise the email/SMS templates used for sending vouchers?
   • Yes, we offer complimentary customisation of email and SMS templates as an added service. This allows you to incorporate your company's brand logo, event details, or specific messaging directly into the emails or SMS. Such customisation is perfect for sending personalised messages on any occasions like staff birthdays, work anniversaries, or significant corporate events. Tailoring these communications not only enhances your branding but also creates meaningful connections with your recipients, all at no extra cost.
