Overall food was good but portion was a little small compared to most of the caterers that we have ordered from. Rice and noodle could actually be considered as one dish instead of 2 dishes in the menu as its only 50%. Teriyaki chicken chop was ... More changed to chicken drumstick instead but was still good. Overall service was good.

Portion is good and caterer was on time ! Very pleasant experience. Just find the fish a little tough. Overall, value for money and I will recommend.

Food items arrived earlier than expected. Good indeed. The taste and flavour of each item were great. Not so salty or too oily. The red bean soup dessert sweetness was just nice. Our Japanese colleagues like the dessert very much.

The food from this caterer is good. My guests are all very happy with the food. They especially like the braised pork ribs which was using pork soft bones and cook till very soft.

The setup came early which was good and it was promptly done before 6pm. When I checked at 6:30pm, some of the food where still not hot and this was the feedback which I received from my guests at the later part of the gather. Perhaps the caterer ... More could look at the heating of the food.
The items which the guests liked were the fish maw soup, olive fried rice, fish fillet, prawns and desserts.
The xiaolongbao skin was mushy. The duck meat was hard. Chicken was dry. The udon did not have much taste. The broccoli in the fatt choy dish was also too hard. This are very objective feedback on the taste and quality of the food and our guests enjoyed the desserts and even asked to pack some home. Just under 50% of the food was left unconsumed.

First time order from RichFood and was left with impressive experiences.
Food was tasty and nice, portion was just nice, pricing was acceptable.
The food selection they provide was also a level different from the normal standard items other ... More caterer provide. They do put in effort in their menu selection.
Delivery was on time without delay despite still during CNY period.
Perhaps 1 thing to improved was to have call the customer to reassured order was accepted. As we order through foodline, we only got the email from foodline, but not from RichFood.
Other than this need to improve, all the others was good! Keep it up!

Food not warm despite delivered on time and in insulated bag. Quantity sufficient for small-medium eaters, prawns and brownies only 1 piece per person.

Meat from platter very dry. The Chicken Chop is tasty, just that the batter was more than ... More meat. Breaded Fish is very tender and tasty too. Ee Fu Noodles was little dry and bland, hardly see the shimeji mushroom. Sea Coconut is too sweet as if syrup added honey. Overall average taste but presentation could be improved to make it more appetizing.

Most of the food were quite ok except for red bean soup which has gone bad. Luckily we discovered it & didn’t serve to guests. Portion wise was moderate.

Portion was just nice and there wasn't much food wastage.
Each dish was cooked to perfection. Not too salty but yet flavourful.
The sea coconut was very sweet. That didn't sweeten the deal.

First time ordered from Richfood and satisfied with the food. It set itself apart from other caterers with its offer of roasted pork belly duck and chicken. The eefu noodles and chilled aloe Vera with sea coconut are very good too.
