The setup came early which was good and it was promptly done before 6pm. When I checked at 6:30pm, some of the food where still not hot and this was the feedback which I received from my guests at the later part of the gather. Perhaps the caterer ... Morecould look at the heating of the food.
The items which the guests liked were the fish maw soup, olive fried rice, fish fillet, prawns and desserts.
The xiaolongbao skin was mushy. The duck meat was hard. Chicken was dry. The udon did not have much taste. The broccoli in the fatt choy dish was also too hard. This are very objective feedback on the taste and quality of the food and our guests enjoyed the desserts and even asked to pack some home. Just under 50% of the food was left unconsumed. Show less
