Very disappointing that my baby’s name was spelt wrongly in the customised sms for the e voucher sent to my 72 recipients. I had reminded them twice to take note that the message is correct but it still ended up wrong.

Thank you for your review and feedback.
Our IT team has feedback that the system did not cater for the the indicated apostrophe as it was different from the normal apostrophe. As such, resulting in the apostrophe not being shown ... Morebeside the baby's name.
Our IT team has rectified this issue and we hope to better serve you in the future.
