Why is the trial so different from the normal order?

The vegetable dishes was very bland. It is very different from the trial that I tried earlier in May. The fried prawn was very dry and hard like chewing gum.

Other meat dishes are okay. I hope the standard is better but it was quite ... More disappointing this time round
