Ordered the Pokémon Go ice cream cake. The red colour on the cake was quite dull, unlike the photo on their website. Was quite surprised I had to pay $2 for the wording on the cake which is a complimentary service in most other cake shops. The ... More wording requested specifically stated Happy 8th Birthday but upon delivery we only got 1 big candle and 1 small candle from Bing Bing. There was also no knife provided for the cake. Overall, disappointed with the service. Candles and plastic knives are usually provided free as part of the package. Taste wise, the strawberry ice cream was quite sour and the birthday boy only had one bite and didn't want any more.
