Ordered 25 bento boxes(chicken curry set) from Word Catering for corporate event scheduled at 11am on 14th August.

Delivery was supposed to come at 1030hrs, however it only came at 1145hrs. Due to the delay, our event have to be pushed back by ... More 30mins. There was no courtesy call to inform about the delay and the mobile number that was provided, was not responsive in picking up my calls.

At the event venue, instead of the chicken curry set, the food that came was a different menu altogether. No prior call was made to inform in regards to the change of menu.

I hope WORD can look into their customer service and improve on their delivery.

Hello Diana, we apologized on the incident today. Due to the heavy rain, the rider had refused to deliver the food. We had to come up with a contingency plan to resend a new batch of what we can do. It was really quite hectic and we didnt had enough ... More time to informed you on the problems we had back end. For the mishap today, we would like to offer you a discount on your next order.
