"Good food, service can improve, not environmentally friendly"

Generally, food is tasty as always, only problem is that certain dishes were difficult to eat, such as their potato leaves and steamed egg (which was very bland). The service was also problematic at some points, such as when the driver forgot to ... More deliver my order, and the driver not ringing doorbell on some days. The company gave us a refund for the missed order, but that was not very nice to begin with as we have to scramble to settle our dinner somehow. Also, the company uses styrofoam boxes to contain the rice, which is not very environmentally friendly. Since we are ordering the long-term 20-days package, it would be nice if there was a more environmentally-friendly option, not just for the rice, but all the other food containers too. Our home is not stacked with heaps of microwaveable containers, feel quite sad that the earth is dying. Don't mind paying more to save the earth.
