"Good value. Service half amazing half needs improvement"

Vouchers were prepared in timely manner, the first and main contact person was very helpful, answered all my queries and organised it well for me. Chose to pick up as I was close to the pick up point in Serangoon and sadly that was the let down for ... More me. They requested for heads up on the timing as I was unable to call the landline. Gave an ETA 2 hours before, then a specific time 40min before and when I arrived but was left waiting for 20min. Even texted someone to get them to call the number I was told to ring if no one responded to my text and no one answered. Doesn’t help that the 20min wait resulted me being drenched in the rain when I could have gotten home in that time. That being said, vouchers are great and can’t dampen this joyous occasion.
