Delivery set at 530pm when order, but XYP called and say will be late for 1hr when confirm my order. Actual delivery on that day was at 8pm. so it was 2.5hr late. Some guest even left before food was delivered.
Food wise,
1) Pineapple fried rice ... Moreturn sour
2) Broccolli partial is sour
3) Curry become bubble after a while(spoil)
Without main(Rice), and 2 other sides, basically the buffet is nothing.
Complain to XYP, and was only offered about 15% of refund! And the management do not want to explain further, its either take it or leave it!
If you cant maintain the standard during CNY, then don't offer your service to consumer. If you can't handle logistic issue during festive season, then its your company issue and you cannot expect consumer to be understanding when your food was delay 2.5hrs and result in food turn sour! By refunding a small 15%, it isn't enough to cover the embarrassment I had for my event!
Most importantly, Food safety had been compromised!
