"Average"

First time ordering from this caterer. Repeated told them not to be late after reading reviews yet on the day itself they were 20mins late. Did a rush set up. Set up was done by foreign workers who couldn’t speak proper English. Called and ... More didn’t know which floor to deliver the food, where the lift was. I had to come down show them because it was tough communicating with them in English. Set up was not great since it was a rush job. Quite messy and I had to arrange it myself to make it presentable. Didn’t get the time to take the picture of the messed set up that was done as I was rushing to more it presentable and my guests were already there.

Food wise, fried rice was tasteless and bland. Egg tarts were dry. Sales representative communication was good before the event but on the day itself the delivery people did not do a good job. They should improve on that and also the taste of the food.
