"Must call and reconfirm order the day before"

Called the caterer 1.5 hours before delivery to make sure they could locate the venue and was informed they forgot my order. Eventually, they delivered the food 45 mins late from my original delivery time and gave me whatever food was available in ... More the kitchen. Portions were pathetic, rice was not properly cooked and I personally would not eat the food served to my 100 guests. Made a complaint to management and we sorted it out but still left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since they were recommended by a good friend who used their catering service a week ago with good reviews. Would try them again but would definitely call the day before to make sure they attend to my order.
