"Punctual, good variety, generous serving size."

Caterer was punctual, setup was fast. Generous serving size, we had leftovers. Variety is good, food taste was ok. Guests liked the otah, tarts, yakitori.

Ready to serve timing could be more accurate, while followed the timing, the food was not ... More hot yet. Food was not labelled and sauces not poured in, had to figure out which sauces for which dish.
