"Good menu for a 20pax buffet with full buffet setup"

The staff was prompt to give me a call to confirm my order after submission in FoodLine.

Initially, I have indicated the event time is 1230pm and the staff called to inform that their delivery at 12pm is full and requested a change to a later ... More
slot. Hence, the event was moved half an hour later which I asked my guest to come at 1pm. The delivery should come around 1230pm. But on the actual day, the delivery came at much earlier at 1150am and the buffet table was ready by 12noon when my guests were expected to come at 1pm. The delivery staff could have given me a call to check if I am at home. This area could be managed better.

The food is sufficient but find the Honey Sauce Pork and Sliced Fish w/ Dried Chilli can be better. They get soggy and sticky. The cut for the Honey Sauce Pork is dry and a bit hard.

I am not a lover for Sea coconut dessert but theirs is really good. Thumbs up!!
