Food was delivered daily at around 630pm. Timing-wise, it was fine. Food was average, some hits and misses as expected. Most disappointing experience was spoiled food delivered one evening. Food came around 615pm and we ate at 7pm. The stir-fried ... More beansprout was distinctively sour. The entire container had to be thrown away, and my kids had insufficient food that night. When I reported the Kim Kitchenz, their only response was that they would feedback to their kitchen. They was no effort at service recovery. Will not be reordering from this caterer.
