"Good Choice of Vegetarian Food"

I ordered 2 sets of similar menu for my family and my mum's house on the 1st day of CNY.
Of all, everybody likes the roast potato plater so much that it finished so quickly that I missed tasting the item.
The dim sum are all deep fried, a bit ... More disappointed. I understand it is easier to supply with all deep freid items but I was hoping to mix with some healthier stuff (non-deep fried).
The yu sheng is the special one which were all made with fruits! I was so busy on that day that I forget to take a picture of it! This is the plate widely welcome by the old age!
The fried rice is good where my child also enjoyed eating unlike some catering fried rice was hard to chew.
Yam ring, no comments. A bit too small to share. But it looks ok to me though I did not have a chance to taste it.
The only one stuff which nobody touch is the red curry fish .....coz it was far too oily!! I threw a thick layer of the oil and left over the ingredients still nobody touch it :(
The last item we tasted of course is the dessert and I will give it a double thumbs up. The mixed ingredients is a perfect match! Not too sour and not too sweet. It is so just nice and thirst quenching and good for digestion. Perfect dessert!!
