"No tables for set-up buffet, drink changed to packet drinks"

The food came as per the time i ordered then guy told me there is no table. huh i tot i pay for a set up buttert. i have to sacrfice my eating tables for the set up. what is there is no table at my funciton room?

and the drink was just changed to ... More 36 packet drink for my 35 pax w add on buffets . how is that enuff i order a container of orange squash how can u change the drink abruptly and then tell me that cos is CNY weekend u do not have enuff equipment?

then i called the carter to complain then they say they will re fund my delivery and the drink cost after approval, but there is no response after this call

i have ordered fr them many times this is the first during cny is rather disappointing if u cannot that many order then dun take in right.

the food was ok but the exp was stressful as on tables and drink. it is rather unfair if i didnt have eating tables my food will be on the floor.
