Event starts 6.30pm, caterer came at 5.15pm. Setup guy (Chinese national) was very kind and polite, and accomodated to our requests as best as he could. Food wise was ok, everything was satisfactory except for the cereal prawns which were totally ... More not fresh. We felt that that portion for 25 was in fact quite little and our guests had to scrimp on the portion to ensure others have enough. Fortunately we had some other snacks outside the catering to serve.
